Who I AM
I’m Jamessina.
I’ve spent the last 23 years of my career in five industries with eight different companies. I’ve led teams, led partnerships, led rebrands, led events, been through acquisitions, and hired and let go of team members. I’ve been an intern, a coordinator, a manager, a senior manager, a VP. I’ve worked for companies worth tens of billions in revenue, to small, community based non-profits. I’ve served on boards, and spoken at universities, businesses, and for incredible groups of women.
I’m a wife, a mother of two, a mentor, an author.
I’ve questioned my decisions many times. I’ve landed myself in emergency rooms due to stress induced panic. I wrote the book on burning the success list, along with the identity we think we need to have to ‘be something.’
And, I’m still figuring it out. Because like you, I love growing, learning, creating, building, and want to squeeze every ounce out of this incredible life while I’m here to enjoy it.
